how to use parent order?

In the table cscart_orders there is a “parent_order” and “parent_order_id” field. This indicates it should be possible to create “suborders”.



I can't seem to find how this works in CS-Cart. Any information is welcome. Thx in advance

They are used for both Twigmo and CS-Cart Multi Vendor editions, afaik they are not used by a CS-Cart Pro/Ultimate install unless with Twigmo installed.

Hello. This is an internal field which is used only in the Multi-Vendor edition for processing the initial order via the payment processor.
