When an affiliate signs up, how do they use our system? Do they get their own unique URL to send people to and then from there CS Cart tracks orders related to their traffic? If so, where do I find each affiliates unique URL?
There is not an affiliate URL.
Make sure you have an affiliate block (Block content: Affiliate) set up in Design->Blocks and that you set up your affiliate plans, product groups and banners. When the affiliate logs in they will be able to see the banners that are applicable to them and can copy the code and include in in their website.

I don’t have a Design block labeled affiliate. Do I have to make one myself? If so, how?
Is there a tutorial anywhere? This affiliate system is super confusing.
