Previously I had a trial of Cs-Cart on Account Suspended
However I now want to upgrade that Trial to the Community Edition of Cs-Cart.
I registered the community edition to that domain & input the license key into CS-Cart.
However when I goto upgrade it tells me that no upgrades are available?
but there are newer updates than the trial version as it was before the 2.x releases.
How can I upgrade? without loosing the product data etc… I have entered?
Just go buy a license.
Otherwise export as much data as you can from your trial product and then load a fresh community edition and import your data.
