I had problem in past for cs cart allowing indexing pages that I think should not be. After upgrading one of my sites to 3x I got sitelinks changed to indexed following:
?items_per_page=32
?items_per_page=64
?items_per_page=16
How to forbid indexing feature pages?

The canonical works correctly on your site. Secure page is not indexable in default cs-cart so there should not be duplicate content issue.
