How to sort by In-Out Stock in product filters ?

Is there anyway to make the product filter in category which sort the products In-Stock and Out-of-stock ?

In cs-cart version 3, this feature has been removed.

Well not so much removed, but doesn't work, they don't me it will be “fixed” in an update but that was 6 months ago. As I see the in now no way you can have “show out of stock” enables and give the option to see only in stock.
