A customer complains she had an error message when paying for an order, so the first payment got cancelled.
Then, upon trying to pay for the EXACT same order (same order#) again, she succeeded but wasn't able to use her reward points as they were 'used' already and hence had to pay more.
Of course, once the order was paid, the reward points were given back, but she complains
"what use is it to have reward points when you can't use them?"
Is there a trick to allow customers to get them back other than installing the newly advertissed plug-in that will allow customers to cancel an order themselves?
Just the very same day another client managed to get her reward points after cancelling TWO payments in a row (first was wrong method, 2nd correct but without reward points and finally 3rd time she got the reward points back somehow).
I've asked what she did to retrieve them, but sofar no answer.
This forum didn't have any answers either.. so please guys (gals) give me them ASAP so we can help out others with instructions how to do it! It is a MAJOR source of irritation when you can have a discount but can't use it!!!!!!!
