when i accepted the new vendor at that time i had issue in smtp and vendor didnt recieved the user name and password. please help me how to resend the user name and password.
You can delete this vendor’s vendor administrator account and create it anew. Or you can simply share the URL of the vendor panel with this vendor and ask him to reset password using his/her email.
CS-Cart stores encoded passwords in the database. So there is no ability just to re-send them
