How to Rename "HOME" in breadcurmbs to something else?

Hi ,



Can any one tell me how to rename the “HOME” text of breadcrumbs to some other text?

I mean when im on the product page i see the breadcrumb link as Home>category>product name



I want to rename this Home to some other text.

Go to: Design > Design Mode > Enable translation mode



Then go to the frontend and ‘Edit’ the word.

sorry but i don’t see anyway to edit that word…I enabled the translation mode.

Am i suppose to go to any particular file where that HOME word is located and rename it?

Content->Languages->search for “home” and change it to what you want.



Edit: If it changes other instances of “home” that you don’t want, you will need to modify the file and add your own language variable.

After the translation mode is enabled, click on the link ‘View STOREFRONT in translation mode’ above the button ‘Enable translation mode’.



After the storefront will be opened through that action, open a category where the ‘Home’ appears, hover the word with the mouse and a link appears with the name ‘Edit’. Click it on and change the word in the popup window and click on ‘Save translation’.

another question…since i renamed the HOME variable to something else i don’t think there was HOME anywhere else other than in the breadcrumbs?

Am i wrong? Where else can the HOME be?

Hi. How can I remove “Advanced Filters” title from breadcrumbs at category page?



ps You’ll see it if add to your category page url “&advanced_filter=Y”.
