I just open a admin account for my staff and I would like them to edit for the “About Our Company” and “Contact Us” inside Company Tab
But I can’t set the membership with valid Privilleges for them to do so while I don’t want them to have too much privilleges on Administration function with no membership setting
How to solve it?

You need to assign your staff to a usergroup to use the privileges system; give your staff access to CMS:Manage pages to allow them to change those two pages.
