How to make a side block on home page in 3.0.3?

I notice on the admin panel on the new 3.0.3 pro version of cs cart that there arent any side blocks that can be created.



This is under the home page tab in the blocks.



But under the Categories tab in the blocks there are side blocks. The product filter blocks and such.





So does anyone know how to create a side block under the blocks page in the homepage tab?

Or any other tab?

CS-Cart 3 has new template functionality which is based on the 960.gs grid system. It is the new page layout that brings flexibility to the store look and feel. The block manager feature has been re-factored according to this CSS framework. In order to add a new block in the storefront you should use instructions from the following Knowledge base article:
