I would like to know if the administrator can create “help pages” only viewed into the vendors back office?

I would like to know how to do this as well. Would be a nice feature for the site users.

Sounds like a reasonable addon opportunity. If there's enough interest and you can specify what you want, I'd look into doing an addon for Vendor FAQ in the Vendor login area. But not having an MVE license, I would need someone to setup a test site for me to work in.
