i want to customize my created paged with blocks

when i already made page called track your order if found it appears as page with link address called www.mnbetak.com/track-order-status.html

i want to link this page with location to add a blocks

i made something but doesn't changed i clicked on design >> layouts >> add location > costume > then i stooped i don't



i want to add a profile or order block on the left of this page to be more attractive
