I am interesting how you keep vendor's products updated and still available. What is the best practice to make vendors keep updated products. For example: vendor selling in a few places (ebay,amazon...) uploaded products to your marketplace and not logged in a month. Maybe s/he sold somewhere and not available product anymore. How to force them to keep updated products?

What if you periodically send them e-mails with the request to update products? It will at least remind them that they have to check the stock in your store.

Some owners do listing fee or period for active product, let's say 30 days. After they have to relist again. Some have a subscription plans what is make sense, if they pay subscription most probably the products is up to date. But if you have plans without subscription and no listing fee, how to control?
Would be nice to here more ideas.
