How To Import Extra Fields?

I cannot import custom fields in Users.



I added 2 extra fields via Administration → Profile fields.

Profile_ID and Accountgroup.

I exported the Users to see what it looked like and I tried importing another user using the same format ({Field1:value,Field2:value}) as described in your manual.

So my field looked like this: {Profile_ID:“test”,Accountgroup:“IN-2”}.



But when I look in the Users list, the new user is added and the custom added fields appear, but are still empty!



I found 2 similar posts in this forum, but without an answer.
