Hello All!
My store sells an items that weighs 9lbs and must ship in a box that is 24" x 22" x 5". When the shipping is displayed during the checkout, USPS calculates it as a 9lb box and displays the proper weights.
Unfortunately, the amount I’m billed by USPS is based on the dimensional weight of the box and I lose money on the shipping. I can enter those dimensions in the admin section for USPS shipping and get the proper shipping costs for that one particular item but all the others are higher since they are based on shipping the product(s) in a box that size.
Has anybody come up with a suitable workaround or a mod for this?
