How to get this option Collect taxes from vendors

Hi
How can i get this option in the vendor addon catagory because we pay all the taxes

I have taxes enabled but dont see this option

Hi!

This option is specific to the Vendor Plans add-on and is only set up in that one add-on. It affects the commission amount regardless of the use of the Vendor Plans add-on: Commissions by Category add-on.
