How To Edit Email Template Sent When User Applies As Vendor And Gets A New Administrator Account Created At The Same Time

Because the french language translation is not sending the email with correct formatting, I need to modify the email template. The email has the title: "Your request for vendor was approved". It is sent when user applying to become a vendor automatically becomes a vendor admin. The email also contains the generated password.
