How To Create Link Show All Products

I must have overlooked something here on community forum but I cannot find it. I am trying create a link that shows all products in a same overview as a normal product category would using the

category template with al the options of placing the product filters on whatever spot in the layout but merely based on a total list of product [active] in the store.

Is there perhaps an existing addon what would accomplish the same trick ?

Thanks for posting the options but for me these will not work. I just want to show all products from all categories and use the default category layout just as it used for any other regular product category.

Create another category "All Products" and assign it to all your products as a secondary category.?
