I have done some research for the one page checkout and to my experience default checkout of cs-cart to this day is probably best then those so called one page checkout. Basically what I think what is overlooked by most is clear login of the return customer, register + guest checkout option.. Also please note that one page checkout means one page checkout and not endless scrolling down even on large screen..
