I am using 4.3 version. When a product is adding from the admin panel. The product is getting the 95% default discount. How to control that default discount. Anybody please help me to resolve my issue.

Check the difference between price and list price value. In first, the discount is taken from this difference.
Otherwise, check active promotions on the 'Marketing'-'Promotions' page in the administrator area. Try disable all promotions and swicth it one by one.
Yes, looks like promotions. Please disable all promotions on the Marketing -> Promotions page and check the result.
