Hi,
I need to charge a fixed cost of $100 towards handling and other fee for all overseas orders.
So I created additional tax and I named it ‘Handling fee’. In ‘Tax Rates’ column I put $100 as ‘Absolute $’.
But instead of displaying $100 as handling fee it shows Handling fee ($100) and then it multiplies the product quantity by $100.
So if someone orders 200 items instead of showing fixed handling fee of $100, it shows $100 X 200 = $20,000
Any suggestions how to fix this problem please?
Cheers,
Anil

You have to use the ‘Shipping costs’ function instead of ‘Tax’.
Thanks Indy0077.
Is it possible for you to explain how to use shipping cost function for this. I tried to use it but couldnt work it out.
