First of all, the skin I wanted to use was not included with my upgrade. So what I did was log into my other site I own (newest version of cs cart) and downloaded the skin (lite_red) to my hard-drive and then uploaded it to my upgraded site. My question is how do I make it appear in the drop down box on the admin side of my skin selector?
I would copy the lite_red folder from the /var/skins_repository/ folder in your other store to the exact same folder in your upgraded store. This should do the trick.
