How to adjust global option, seriously headache

I have one product which is the cost of $99.95

List Price - $99.95

Price - $69.95

You Save - $30.00

Discount - 30%

Now i want to adjust delivery type first i have given

First Option - Retail Box (+$45)

Second Option - Email Delivery (-15%) of the original price

So that mean on if customer choose retail box they have to paid $45 and get 30% discount and if they choose email delivery they only get 15% discount.

Sometime misunderstanding with this question, but i hope you define correctly. Please help

I am not sure what you are asking but I am confused by the discount percentages you provided.

I set up a test item as follows:

List price: $99.95

Price: $69.95

The $30 discount amounts to a 30% discount.

Using a “Retail box” option with a +$45 charge, I get the following:

List price: $144.95

Price: $114.95

The $30 discount amount to a 21% discount

Using an “Email delivery” option with a -15%, I get the following:

List price: $89.46

Price: $59.46

The $30 discount amount to a 34% discount

Was your concern that there was a lower percentage discount on the email delivery then on the retail box. If so, you need to recheck your numbers. Or are you trying to maintain a 30% discount across delivery options?

Bob

That was the totally problem i am getting.

Yeah i want to give 15% discount on email delivery and 30% discount on retail box delivery

It is very unclear what you are saying. Do you mean that you want to give an additional 15% off for the email delivery? I can’t imagine paying more for electronic distribution of an item than I would for the physical good.

What do you want the retail box to cost delivered? $114.95 ($69.95+45)?

Do you then want the email delivery to be 15% less than this?

Bob

Actually company was giving me 50% discount on that item only on physical shipment and on emal delivery they giving me 25% discount.

What do you want the retail box to cost delivered? $114.95 ($69.95+45)?

Yes.

Do you then want the email delivery to be 15% less than this?

Yes, i think so

If you want the price for the email version to be 15% lower than the retail version, you can do the following:

Email delivery price = $114.95*.85 = $97.71

Email option = $97.71-69.95 = $27.76
