How to add tracking number in admin orders list page

When we click Orders–View orders, the default title are ID, STATUS, CUSTOMERS, E-MAIL, DATE and TOTAL. I want to add tracking number instead E-MAIL, How?

I believe that the tracking is only used when using “Real Time Shipping”

Tracking numbers are available for all shipping methods - you could even put a short note like “Hand delivered on 12/7/09”.
