Hello,
I can’t seem to add products to new orders from the Admin.
I have 2.1.1.
I go to view orders, new orders and then add products. I see the products, but there is no way to select a product; and all options are grayed out.
What am I missing?

Possibly I do not understand your question but to add to existing new orders:
I go to the order and open it then I select edit order and go through the steps
I just placed an order through my admin on 2.1.1 yesterday and had no problems.
I wish I had a solution for you, but I have no idea why this won’t work for you.

It’s strange. I can’t seem to have it work on demo site either. Here is screen shot of demo site. Maybe I just do not know how it works. I was expecting a check box.

Go to + box and for example add 1 and click on add products

Bob, after you change the quantity field, press the tab key & you can then select the option values needed for the item & procede to adding the item.
