I have finally gotten a live help rep to sit for 4 days a week for me at a very decent rate of $5/hour - But how can I add in my live help hours under the leave message or above it?
Thank you very much in advance for all the support I get here, live would have been hell without the nurturing support I get.

If you would like it to be easy to update, here’s how:
- Create a language variable:
livehelp_hours = “YOUR LIVE HELP AVAILABILITY HERE”
- In “customer/addons/live_help/sidebox.tpl”
Add wherever you wish:
{$lang.livehelp_hours}
