How To Add Customer Notes To Packing Slips

This is in regards to drop down menu "Orders | Print Packing Slip Bulk Print" in csc 4.3.6. I've struggled and searched but cannot find out how to add the customer notes. It's important because customers often enter special shipping info here that is needed when packing their order.

I edited "\design\backend\mail\templates\orders\print_packing_slip.tpl" but nothing seems to change. I cleared the cache with both the "Storage | Clear cache" menu and adding "..?cc" to the admin url. What am I missing?

Hi Don,

Try clearing cache manually.

delete cache dir inside var/ diretory.

or for fast outcome rename it to something else like cache_1 then clear it afterwards.

Hello!

When you make changes in the templates use ?ctpl together with the ?cc.

Also, sometimes changes in templates are not displayed because of the browser cache. Clear the browser cache according to the instructions here.

Using "?ctpl" worked first time and my packing slips now have customer notes. Thanks very much for the help!
