We add some products on daily basis to a product block ( manually) on a page , but we want the latest products added to be shown on top of the block. How can we do such sorting ?

You can use the Newest filling type together with the Filter by categories

We add products manually to that block so we cant use newest filling type, they are manually handpicked for display in that block.
