How to add a link and email address to the comments area below the Option description box?

In the description box I see the source tab which I have used to add a link.

​Now I want to add a URL link and an email address in the comments area below the description box.

​I can't figure out how to do this.

Any ideas?

Update option template:

design/backend/templates/views/product_options/update.tpl

Also corresponding columns should be added to the cscart_product_options table
