How to add a filling by discount price in hot deals block section

Hi guys,

How can I add a filling by discount price in hot deals block section?

I can see many different fillings (by newest, votes, popuparity, etc.), but I’d like an automatic filling depending of discounted prices.

I would not use manually filling for this case because my store will be managed by my customer and he could not be able to use block section in admin panel.
