How the product is out of stock displayed below the list.
Example: In the website I want to sort by date, but the product is out of stock is displayed as the product in stock.

There is no such feature in the default version of CS-Cart. However, you can completely hide out of stock products by clearing the Show out of stock products check box on the Settings > General page.
