How I can create option combination

I use Cs-Cart v.2.2 and I want create a option combination, but when I click on “option combination” open a window with the message: “[color=#000000][font=Tahoma, Arial, Verdana,]To create option combinations at least one of your product options should have the “Inventory” flag ticked off.” . What I must do?[/font][/color]
