How Do You Deal With Fraud?

How do you deal with potential fraud.

Today I have received order paid by credit card. Advanced fraud protection from https://www.kount.com/ has passed.

But after further examination I found out that delivery address is www.shipito.com re delivery service, while ip address belongs to www.virtuzo.com cloud services.

What are your thoughts on that?

Lot's of customers look for ways to bypass georestrictions, this is one of them. I guess if he has payed and the money is on your bank account you can really just send it (at your own risk).

I thought companies like braintree (paypal company) has way to somehow deal with potential fraud. But aparantly not. After I received few big orders they have instantly flagged my account for review, earlier then I found I got those orders during night time.

Transaction list was of 4 attempts all were declined then one accepted.

These products I got in stock for over 5 years now and one morning purchase no questions asked from Saudi Arabia, later another one. All with gmail.com emails, same pattern name surname gmail. I know address as we understand it in Arabia countries are little different, but dhl delivery to something like this

.....Tower Ground Floor Near....

.....Street, Sari Mall Beside....

no building number, no room, office number, po box or similar obviously something is not right. Sent emails but none of them responded.

Today order from US, again checkout as guest, delivery to shipito.com payment by card that kount approves.

Now signed to test maxmind, how does it discovers customers with proxies.
