How Do You Activate The New Responsive Admin Panel In 4.8.1?

The new version of cs-cart is supposed to come with the responsive admin panel standard (as seen in the demo page), but I can't find out how to activate it. I upgraded, but still have the old admin.

Mine was automatically enabled. The old admin is now an add-on so look and see if it’s disabled.

Just disable the "Old Admin Panel [Deprecated]" addon on the Add-ons -> Manage add-ons page
