How Do I Lower A Block?

Hi- I am new to blocks and hooks. I hired someone to create a page for me but one of the banner blocks they created is too high on the categories pages and I would like to lower it. Can someone tell me how to lower the banners block grid thingy on the right. If you could provide step by step instructions I would appreciate it.

Hi, The banner block height is generated automatically depending of the image from the banner, will take the highest height from the banners, sow my advice is to create smaller banners for that section and the height will correct
