Set minimum qty = 2 and steps = 2

hi barry,

i had set min qty to 16, and steps to 16, but it does not work. it allows 16 but also 17???

There is a problem here.

If you select min qty as 16, and step 16, the following problem happens:

once there is min 16 reached, it allows you to add 1, or 2 after that. It seems the system thinks min qty is what is in the cart.

Any ideas?

Hi

I have just checked an item we have steps on and it works

You must have sufficient stock to do this!

So…Min Qty = 16 Step = 16 Stock 160

You shouldn’t be able to select 1 or 2, but 16, 32, 48 and so on only!

hi Barry,

If i enter a stock value then it works. However what if i am not tracking stock levels. Then I dont really want to…

Thanks anyway

Just switch to “Do not track” I can’t advise of another way. That’s what we do. Sorry

ok! last question - the dropdown list shows the highest value first i.e. 320

How do I get it to display the lowest first i.e. 5
