How do I change Affiliate Status

I am having problems trying to change the status of Affiliates.



For example, a user has registered but his status is showing “Awaiting Approval” and needs changed to “Approved”.



Within the Viewing Affiliate page there is an Option to Change the Status, but clicking this just takes me to the Affialte list and there is no way to change status.

Try the following:

  • Go to Affiliate->Affiliates in your CS-Cart admin panel.
  • Select the necessary affiliate accounts.
  • Click on the “Choose action” link below the list.
  • Select the “Approve selected” variant.



    I hope it will work for you.

As I explained, when I click “Change Affiliate Settings” nothing happens. It just takes me back to the previous page.

Hi Jim

The approval process documented here just flat out doesn't work in IE. It works in Firefox. Go figure.
