how do I add a handling charge to specific country if over weight?

Hey there,



When sending an item over 500g to the USA there is a $9 customs surcharge. I am not sure if this is global or just from Australia.



Adding a $9 fee to US only is easy, but how can I set it so that it only adds a customs fee if the weight is calculated at over 500g?

It is exactly what I am after, except that when I go into the shipping charges tab, there are no locations at the top as shown in the screen shots on that page. [attachment=4667:31-10-2011 9-55-54 AM.png]



I do have several locations set up, including the USA.



Any thoughts on why that section isn't displaying?
