How Categorize Products By Country?

Hi guys, how could i do this? I have a multivendor shop with typical categories like drinks, foods as a base, but a I want focus my shop by countries, have you know a simple way to do it? Maybe adding the country as category and assign it to the product? I think its better not duplicate categories, any idea?

Create new product feature with country value. It allows to create filters by country in few clicks
