Hi, My search results are showing only text. How can I display images too? Are there any search settings?

Haven't used it much myself but I noticed that the Searchanise add-on uses images.

Settings: General->Search options->Uncheck Search also in pages

If you mean grid list, increase the number of columns in the appearance settings
