I have a cs.cart website last version, and looking for disable the (News) option on front-end, how ?

Your request is not quite clear. Do you want to hide block with news in the store-front?

Go to admin/design/Layouts, The news link is in one of the blocks at the bottom of the page. Just open the block Options and go to the contents tab. Delete the links you do not want.

Or just disable this block using the special button which is located near the gear icon

sorry for long time of response, I have just did it now, cause my website was suspended due to error IPs
