How Can Customer Subscribe To Newsletter? It Does Not Work..

Dear all,



My name is A.J., I am from Holland and I am new to this forum. This is my webshop: http://www.wadokaionline.com



Just above the footer of my webshop, customers can subscribe to the newsletter. If you subscribe the webshop tells you that your subscription was successful using a small pop up saying:

[color=#496E16][font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Your E-mail address has been successfully added to our free Newsletter![/font][/color]



However, no name nor e-mail is actually added to the database. Does anyone know how or where in CS-Cart to solve this problem? I am running 4.0.1.

Hi,



you have to follow this order of steps.



Step 1. Create Autoresponders (text of mail) (Marketing > Autoresponders > +)



Step 2. Create mailing list. (Marketing > Mailing Lists > +)



Step 3 . Test from storefront ;)
