Hostgator cs-cart install step by step.

Hello, Hostgator not allowed chmod 777. but 755 ok.



I have tried again. Cs-cart 2.2.2 fresh install to my Hostgator area.



But tons of errors occured. chmod 755 problem for cs-cart.



Hostgator servers ch mod 777 not available for Business Plan .



SHH access etc. And other methots not succesful !



Would you tell me step by step instructions for cs-cart v2.2.2 fresh install for Hostgator service?

For Hostgator set your Permissions within your config.local.php file as follows and you should be just fine:



// Default permissions for newly created files and directories

define('DEFAULT_FILE_PERMISSIONS', 0644);

define('DEFAULT_DIR_PERMISSIONS', 0755);
