It is fully customizable, as it is basically a simple HTML block behaving this way, so the sky is the limit, you will see one image, some css, some js and a form!

I like it a lot but would look a lot better if the pop up look more like the one on shopclues.com, can you have it as an option or easily customizable. PM once you have it ready for sale and will install on multi-version 3.0.3.

Well, my addon uses built-in CS-Cart librairies to open up a overlay dialog, as a result it does not load another JS file, and so it does not impact site loading time. (i.e. you will have more functionalities, without speed sacrifice)
Though, I will add the option to include “FancyBox 2” to be able to overlay a fancybox style dialog (something like shopclues.com), but personally, I recommend CS-Carters to optimize their loading times by using less and less JS files. 
On the other hand, I will need one more day, as I got more sales than expected on my other ADDONS (odience To Top for CS-Cart 3.+
, oAccordion Categories for CS-Cart 3.+), and I need to check if everything is fine with my customers.
