Hitting Inode Limit Every X Weeks

Hi,



My site went down last night. Contacted our provider and he told me we hit the inode limit. Was set at 2.000.000. Now raised to 5.000.000



I this caused by cache files?



If so can I use another method?



I have a VPS with 4GB ram running Centos.

yes cache is creating a lot of files that can esily create the problem you mentioned.



I have solved that by running a cron job to empty the cache folder once a week
