Hide Catagory Menu Option In Admin

Hello,

I have a admin user created with only two privileges:

Manage catalog
View catalog

When the user signs into the admin page, the user see’s the “categories” option under the products menu option.

Is it possible to hide this option for the specific user so they do not have access to get into the categories?

It is required to extend privileges and add new ones for managing categories.
