when I add a new page to content and i want to add block it goes to block pages if i add block it will add to all my pages i want to add just to one single page.
How can i add a block to a new page without adding it to all content pages???

When you’re in admin>design>blocks, look for the “pages” tab…not the “all pages” tab. There you can define your special block.
Then you go back to content>pages, select your page, and assign the new block.
