HelpDesk 1.0 was released!

Dear friends!

We are glad to announce the release of CS-Cart HelpDesk add-on version 1.0! You are welcome to test it on our demo server:

(you should sign in in order to see HelpDesk block)

Here is the list of main differences from the previous version:

  1. Improvement of the script which allows to get messages from the mail server.

  2. New possibility for administrators to hold correspondence and possibility to create mutual topics for discussion.

  3. New possibility to mark spam messages and add users to the blak list.

  4. New possibility to add extra details about a user (for example, FTP details from a user's server).

  5. Extention of possibility to searsh for topics, messages, tasks.

  6. Tasks were divided into two types “Quote” and “Tasks”.

Looks promising! We may try it on one of our sites. Does it change any of the core code?
