Help with Managed SSD VPS and Managed VPS's

Can someone please tell me the diff between Managed SSD VPS's and Managed VPS's services?

“Managed SSD VPS” has an SSD (Solid State Drive), the other “Managed VPS” doesn't state otherwise, so would assume it would be a typical SATA/RAID drive. SSD hard drives are faster, although as with most things, you may have to compromise CPU or memory resources for a faster hard drive and vice versa.

Which one do you recommend for cs-cart?

Managed VPS or Managed SSD VPS

We are running SSD's and it made a big difference… It really depends on your store size and traffic…
