Hey,
i try to add a feedback form that are important for customers to send Feedback and issue over the site.
There are many Forms in the Web like
servey monkey or popsurvey etc.
but most are to expensive for only send a message.
I create the Design that work with the cs popup logic.
For now i create a addon in customer with a footer.post.tpl in the Index hook.
now i try in addons/send_feedback/common to post the form via Mail.
but not happens 
no error and no success message.
I load the addon in a zip. but not works now. maybee anyone will try to make it work
